1. Go to www.AlliantTechnology.com
  2. Once on the home page click on the “Customer Log-In” button at the top right.
  3. To access the Customer Portal Click the “Alliant Customer Portal” button on the left.
  4. Enter your assigned username and password in the logon screen that appears.
  5. This will bring up the Alliant Ticketing Dashboard.
  6. In the upper right corner is a green button that says, “Create Ticket.” Click there.
  7. Select the appropriate option – workstation or server – give a title that clearly states
    in just a few words what the problem seems to be. A description box below the
    title allows a fuller explanation of what you have observed. Fill in the other
    requested information and click submit.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email and then be contacted regarding scheduling.
