- Go to www.AlliantTechnology.com
- Once on the home page click on the “Customer Log-In” button at the top right.
- To access the Customer Portal Click the “Alliant Customer Portal” button on the left.
- Enter your assigned username and password in the logon screen that appears.
- This will bring up the Alliant Ticketing Dashboard.
- In the upper right corner is a green button that says, “Create Ticket.” Click there.
- Select the appropriate option – workstation or server – give a title that clearly states
in just a few words what the problem seems to be. A description box below the
title allows a fuller explanation of what you have observed. Fill in the other
requested information and click submit. - You will receive a confirmation email and then be contacted regarding scheduling.
