I’ve been in the IT field for over 10 years. Most of my experience has been working in Network Operating Centers (NOC), with expertise on Microsoft Messaging system like Exchange and O365, and Windows Servers. Prior to getting into IT, I did data editing for a website developer, Customer Support and Server Monitoring.
Right from my childhood, fixing broken things has been my favorite. This passion has grown with me and so, I like break- fixing and resolving incidents and requests. Technology and its aspects has always fascinated me and so now that’s the reason why I am in IT.
Though I was born in Tamil Nadu, I grew up in Mumbai, India. I did my Graduation from Mumbai University. Things that I do in my weekends are spending time with my family & friends, cooking, playing cricket and going out for a walk.
