“What do we call you, Alliant?”
Turns out, it is all the above. But to explain. Alliant is pleased to announce that the newest name for Alliant’s industry is, “Managed IT Services” (MITS).
MSP is the acronym for Managed Service Provider. But “managed services” is a really broad field not specific enough to move the needle in a Google keyword search to actually come up with Alliant. Search for managed services and you may find yourself at the accountant’s, supply chain, transportation, water or media. And that list is partial!
RMM (Remote Monitoring Management) is still reasonable. RMM used to be the lion’s share of Alliant’s day to day work. But as technology has expanded, so has the menu of items that Alliant offers as services. For example, there’s Security, a really big concern for us all.
So Alliant is moving with the industry. Alliant is one of the best Managed IT Services providers in Southern California. That includes RMM and MSP and IT Security Services and Backup, Disaster Recovery (BDR). As well as a few others like Cloud and CIO services.
